A designer, sculptor and painter, Nathalie du Pasquier was one of the first women to join Memphis, the group founded in the early 1980s that, under the aegis of Ettore Sottsass, influenced standards of taste and the scope of consumer society. Based in Milan since 1979, Pasquier has developed an intensive studio activity, structured around painting and drawing, that forges her personal universe made up of objects and symbols that have become her signature.
